Employing experienced process engineers, we undertake process design, including flow sheets and process plant layouts using CAD techniques, including 3D Modelling. We routinely carry out detail design and specification of Vessels and Pipework in accordance with the required construction codes, commonly PD 5500 (BS5500) and ASME.

Able Engineering specialise in stainless steel fabrications for all industries, notably Brewery, Dairy, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical. Our purpose built factory is fully equipped with modern machinery for the fabrication of:

Workshop Facilities

Within our workshop, which covers an area of 785m² (8450ft²), we have;

• Modern fabrication and sheet metal work equipment including CNC
• Overhead crane capacity 10 tons
• Fabrications sizes up to Diameters - 4.5m, Lengths - 25m
• Secure site with indoor and outdoor storage
• Facilities covering 1.5 acres

Due to the nature of some clients requirements it is not possible to manufacture items within our workshop. We have previous experience of fabricating large tank and vessels onsite.

Along with fabrication we also specialise in the installation of pipework. This can be in stainless, carbon steel, special alloys and most plastics.

We also provide accompanying services for Plant Installation, Access Platforms and Insulation to name but a few.
